The annual PA-MOE Edusave Merit Scholarship & Bursary Scheme recognises students who have performed well in their studies and students of lower-income families. The Edusave Merit Scholarship and Bursary Presentation Ceremony will be de-centralized to RC level in 2012. The five ceremonies will be on 7 Jan 2012 (Zone A RC), 8 Jan 2012 (Zone B & E RC), 14 Jan 2012 (Zone D RC) and 15 Jan 2012 (Zone C RC).
