Started in 2007, with the aim of helping new immigrants settle into the local community, INCs are appointed from among grassroots leaders to drive and champion the integration and naturalisation initiatives in our constituency.
To engage the new immigrants, INC will visit and invite them to join grassroots activities to help broaden their social network and promote their interaction with the local residents
