Jurong Central CCC Comcare Fund, administered by Jurong Central Citizens' Consultative Committees (CCC), provides urgent and temporary assistance to residents of Jurong Central division in the form of cash, vouchers or food rations. The fund is available to all Singapore Citizens. Permanent Residents are also eligible if at least one of the household members is a Singapore Citizen. The fund only provides urgent and temporary assistance in the form of cash, vouchers or food rations.

Short-Term Financial Assistance
NTUC Grocery Vouchers
Utility Vouchers, for your electricity and water bills
Food Rations
Free/Subsidized Medical Consultations
Mobility Aid, such as Wheelchairs and Walking Sticks
Job Referral and Additional Financial Assistance by South West CDC

Who is Eligible?

Residents staying at Blks 301-316 & 329-341 Jurong East Ave 1/St32, Blks 401-440 & 474-498 Jurong West Ave 1/St 41/St42 and Mayfair Condominium
Singaporeans and PRs (with at least 1 Singaporean Household Member)
Household Income of $1,700 or less; and/or per capital income of not more than $550 or less (exceptions can be made based on resident’s family circumstances)
